Where is Borgo Mandoleto?
In Solomeo, near Perugia, in the Umbrian countryside: Strada del Mandoleto 15, 06132 Perugia. Perugia is about 9 km away, Lake Trasimeno about 15 km and Assisi about 25 minutes by car. Exit the A1 motorway at Valdichiana or Perugia; the nearest station is Ellera-Corciano (3.9 km) and Perugia airport is 17 km away.
What is the difference between rooms and apartments?
The 5 rooms are on the first floor and work like a small hotel: breakfast included and the room made up every day, for 2 to 4 people. The 4 apartments are on the ground floor, with a kitchenette and outdoor space, for 2 to 6 people; breakfast can be added for €10 per person and cleaning is every 3 days. Each one has its own page with photos, and the apartment pages also show the floor plan.

Is the spa private?
Yes: the spa is booked for exclusive use, for 90 minutes it's just you. It has a Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower, hot tub and relaxation area. It costs €80 per couple, is reserved for guests staying with us and is open to guests aged 16 and over (16 to 18 with an adult).
When is the swimming pool open?
The outdoor pool is open from 1 June to 1 September, every day from 8:00 to 20:00, and is free for guests.
Is breakfast included? Is there a restaurant?
Breakfast is included for rooms and served between 8:15 and 10:00; for apartments it costs €10 per person. We have an on-site restaurant, currently being renovated: in the meantime we recommend restaurants nearby and can book a table for you.
Are pets allowed?
Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome in one of our accommodations, on request: please ask about availability before booking. The supplement is €20 per stay; dogs are not allowed in the spa or the pool.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 at reception; if you arrive after 19:00 please let us know during the day. Check-out is by 11:00, with late check-out until 13:00 for €20 when available.
