Nature

The grounds surrounding Borgo Mandoleto host numerous wild animals and it is not rare to encounter small hares, pheasants and other tipical fauna.

Part of the agricoltural enterprise focuses on the preservation of crops in accordance to the European Community’s instructions for nature biodiversitiy and the conservation of secular olive trees present of the estate (about the typicall olive oil made in Umbria, visit here).

Last but least, an important aspect of the Agriturismo is the little lake, home to a couple of friendly donkeys.
