Since 1973, every summer Perugia becomes one of the world's jazz capitals. Ten days of concerts, international artists, unique atmosphere. The full programme and tickets are available on the official festival website.

The Borgo Mandoleto package is valid for stays from 3 to 12 July, so you can follow the festival from start to finish.

Where it takes place

The heart of the festival is Perugia's historic centre. Concerts are held in Piazza IV Novembre, Arena Santa Giuliana and other city spaces. Check the programme on umbriajazz.it for the updated stage map.

Tickets

Some concerts are free, others require a ticket. Buy tickets directly on umbriajazz.it — booking in advance is recommended for headline shows.

Getting there from the Borgo

By car: 10–15 minutes to Pian di Massiano car park (paid, spacious, safe). From there take the Minimetro cable railway to Perugia city centre: fast, affordable, ideal even for late-night returns.

Free piazza concerts

Umbria Jazz is famous for its free concerts in Piazza IV Novembre and the streets of the historic centre, accessible without a ticket. One of the most authentic experiences of the festival.

2026 marks eight hundred years since the death of Saint Francis of Assisi. A milestone that makes this already extraordinary city even more alive and full of events.

From Borgo Mandoleto, Assisi is about 30 minutes by car. The Basilica of Saint Francis, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the medieval alleys, the works of Cimabue and Giotto: a visit always worth making. This year, it means a little more.

290 euros per couple, including 2 nights in a double room and late breakfast. The price covers the full package for two people.

Check-in is available from 3 July to 12 July 2026. The stay includes 2 nights, with check-out by 11:00 am. Umbria Jazz 2026 also runs from 3 to 12 July in Perugia.

Yes, cancellation is free up to 20 days before arrival. Between 10 and 20 days: 20% penalty on the first 2 nights. Between 3 and 10 days: 50%. On arrival day: 100% of the entire stay.

Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am. Reception is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. For different times, contact us directly before arrival.
